This is my granddaughter, Emma.  She is 9 years old and a joy to be with!!  She spent the night with me last night and we made these cute Ice Cream Treats.  They were so easy so I thought I would share with you!

Ingredients:

  • Mini Pie Shell Crusts
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Chocolate Covered Round Cookies (we used Thin Mints) for Ears
  • M & M’s or Skittles for Eyes and Nose
  • Black Licorice for Whiskers and Tail (we used chow mien noodles for whiskers because we had them on hand)

Put a large scoop of ice cream in the pie crust and then decorate as you see in the picture.

Have fun!! Easy Peasy and so delicious!!!
