A Diaper Bag for Men
Disclosure: I received one Dadgear Sports Bag for review. I gave it to my daughter and son in law for their honest opinion. This review is written by my daughter, Kelli, and all opinions expressed here are hers and her hubby’s. I will only recommend products that I feel are beneficial to my readers.
When I was expecting my first baby I received a beautiful diaper bag as a shower gift and couldn’t wait to use it. I love it, too! It is cute, stylish, trendy and holds a ton of stuff that I need on a daily basis. However, I found out when my husband planned his first outing alone with our baby that he was less than thrilled to use the pretty, girly diaper bag I used. He did not want to tote it around over his shoulder and decided instead he would just not bring much with him. This, of course, did not end up so well and he cut his outing short. He ended up at home earlier than expected. I decided then and there that I needed to find the hubs a manly bag! He was thrilled when we got the Dadgear Sports Bag. This manly bag makes it much more bearable for any dad to pack up their little one’s necessities and hit the road in style!
Not only is this bag stylish and manly, but also very practical. As an overly prepared mother, I want to make sure my husband has every little thing he might need when he goes out with our baby and this bag makes that easy. No dad wants to carry around a big old poufy diaper bag, so this sleek style makes it more appealing, yet still boasts 9 pockets to keep everything organized! There is a large open pocket with plenty of room for extra clothes and diapers, a pocket for a bottle that can be accessed without even opening the bag (which my husband loves, as he loathes searching through bottomless bags for things), four pockets under the main flap to keep little things such as cream or personal items like his wallet and keys (and he loves not having to put these items in his pocket), a pocket with a removable changing pad for on the go changes, and an interior zipper pocket for even more items such as burp cloths and pacifiers, a cell phone pocket, and even a case for wipes that go in their own little easy to access pocket (these can be replaced with any brand of travel wipes). If that is not organized, efficient, and stylish I don’t know what it is. I secretly think my husband wants to carry it ALL the time with and without the baby!! (he would kill me for saying that!). The bag also has straps which attach to the stroller for easy carrying.
I don’t know how my husband would be getting through these early years with a baby that needs a ton of items on the go without his Dadgear Sports Bag. Remember all the dad’s to be in your life at the next baby shower you attend or if you are having a baby yourself. The Dadgear Sports Bag really is a great product that makes a dad’s life easier… and manlier!
