I wanted to share this Edible Easter Basket idea that I made for my grandkids! It is so easy to do and only took me about 5 minutes to make! You can make these for Easter or for a birthday gift basket!! And the best part…it’s great for any age including those hard tweens or teens!
Here is what you will need for this project:
6 Theater Candy Boxes (all the same size)
1 Nerd Candy Rope
Easter Grass
Plastic Eggs
Hot Glue Gun
Directions:
Take 2 of the boxes and lay them flat on the table – Glue them together in the middle to form the bottom of your basket.
Next, you will need to place your other 4 boxes to form the sides. Do this before gluing so that you will know where they need to be before you glue them. You will need to glue them on the bottom and on the sides of the boxes.
You will then have a square basket!
Take the Nerd Rope Candy and form the handle and hot glue it to the sides.
You will then fill with Easter grass and plastic eggs and candy!!
